The main reason so many people getting sick now is because their immune system is low due to chronic stress and fear from 2020 until now.
They are now immunocompromised.
No amount of vitamins, cleaning, etc can undo a weakened immune system.
You will have to let go of the stress and come to acceptance.
You will have to stop being afraid of all these terrible things we are seeing and instead put your trust and faith in God.
The first area that the grief and sadness weaken is your lung. Makes you more vulnerable.
Just as much as you sanitize and eat right, take your vitamins.... you MUST deal with the Fear and Stress.
And I’m talking to myself too.
Give them over to God.
Meet up with positive, uplifting people and encourage each other.
God has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind.
Cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you.

For years, I had abused my body by not properly taking care of it.
Not enough sleep at night, too much junk foods, feeding my mind with excessive negativity, very little exercise, etc. The list goes on and on.
All I had time for was work, work, work. You know? forever busy with life - family, business, bills to pay, you know the drill.
And over time, it took its toll. Overweight, always tired, just miserable.
And for a long time, God had been telling me to slow down and focus on what's important.
I'm on my journey to health and wellbeing, one baby step at a time.
The first thing I did was cutting sugar. I had withdrawal headaches, grumpy for about four days. Then I felt fabulous afterwards. My energy soared. I replaced the starchy foods (rice, flour, etc) with lots and lots of vegetables. The weight started coming off, slowly but surely.
They say every journey starts with the first step. Those were mine.
