how it works
NB. Patients desiring extended home care are evaluated on a case by case basis.
- Triage: When you call, we'll ask you a few questions about your symptoms to help us prepare for your visit.
- Visit: We'll arrive at your door within 2 hours or less depending on the problem or the time convenient to you. Payment is done online.
- We spend as much time needed to get to the bottom of the problem - getting a good understanding of the medical history and making a diagnosis. Usually 30 minutes.
- For our Premium Care Service, a detailed Care and Treatment Plan is made. We train your caregivers/nurses.
- Before we leave, we answer any questions you may have, give you any lab forms, prescriptions and receipts.
- A Follow up call is usually done the next day
